Planted Earth Volunteers with Habitat for Humanity to Beautify New Homes in Westminster

Westminster, MD — September 15, 2025 – Planted Earth proudly partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Carroll County this past Saturday to lend a hand in preparing the landscapes of two new family homes.

A team of employees from across Planted Earth’s installation and maintenance divisions – along with office staff eager to get their hands in the dirt – spent the morning volunteering at the Habitat project site. Together, they weeded, mulched, tilled, trimmed, planted and edged the duplex yard, transforming it into a welcoming outdoor space for the new homeowners.

“Giving back to the communities is a core part of who we are,” said Steph White, Marketing Director of Planted Earth Landscaping. “It was inspiring to see our team come together to support Habitat’s mission and to help create a beautiful first impression for these young families, as they move into their new homes.”

This service project continues Planted Earth’s ongoing commitment to community involvement, with previous volunteer efforts including Habitat plantings in Hampstead and Westminster Maryland.

Habitat for Humanity of Carroll County provides safe, affordable housing for families in need, relying on volunteers and community partners to bring each project to life. Get involved here: http://cchabitat.org/
